Rider readiness
for every program.
Registry, training compliance, ride approval, document control, incident reporting, and command-level compliance dashboards — built to replace the spreadsheets, paper sign-in sheets, and email chains your motorcycle safety program still runs on.
Spreadsheets, paper sign-in sheets, and email chains.
Every command is required by regulation to track motorcycle rider training, certification, and program participation. Almost none of them have a system built for it. The work falls on a Program Manager, a binder, and a tab in Excel.
RiderOps is the system. One platform for the registry, the training cycle, the rides, the documents, the mishaps, and the readiness reporting your AOR briefing needs.
- Rider rosters managed in one place
- Training cycles that nag automatically
- Ride approvals with the risk assessment built in
- Mishap reports tied to riders, chapters, and training history
- One readiness dashboard per command
One system. Six jobs.
Everything your motorcycle safety program does, in the same place, on the same data.
Rider registry
One source of truth for every motorcycle rider — credentials, endorsements, branch, command, contact, mentorship status.
Training compliance
Track BRC, ERC, MSRC, and branch-specific refresher cycles. Know who is due, who is lapsed, and who needs to recert before the next chapter ride.
Ride planning & approval
Route, attending riders, and risk assessment on one record. Approve / reject workflow replaces the email forwards and Word docs.
Document control
Standing orders, waivers, signed acknowledgements — versioned, dated, retrievable on demand.
Incident reporting
Capture mishaps as they happen. Tie incidents to riders, chapters, and training history. Anonymous submission supported.
Compliance dashboards
Current readiness by chapter and command. The numbers your AOR briefing actually needs.
Your service. Your order. Your colors.
RiderOps recolors itself to the command using it — and ships the compliance preset that matches your branch's standing order, out of the box.

RiderOps was designed by one of our co-founders, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who helped stand up the motorcycle organization at MATSG-21 aboard NAS Pensacola. He built the platform he didn't have.
